Job summary

BETABRANDS CORP. is seeking a TikTok content lead in Manila to ideate, script, and launch high-performing content that resonates with trending audio and creator culture.

You will collaborate with influencers to amplify UGC and affiliates while working with creators and videographers to craft native-style ads that feel authentic. You will also analyze daily trends, report on key metrics like ROAS and CAC, and partner with product/design on drops and promo themes to drive brand growth in health &

Qualifications

• Proven experience building, managing, or growing brands and TikTok page.
• Strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithm and content psychology.
• Basic to intermediate skills in creating and editing short-form videos.
• Background in supplements, beauty, or health & wellness is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently with a strong and competitive mindset.

• Collaborate with the product and design team on new drops, bundles, and promo themes

What you'll need:
