• Manage pre-stream planning, product selection, and testing to meet company targets and ensure quality content.
• Oversee live sessions, operate backend systems, interact with hosts and viewers, and manage promotions and product listings.
• Conduct post-stream analysis, track KPIs, and implement optimization strategies.
• Handle streamer inquiries, complaints, and training of new staff.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and platform rules to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Knowledgeable with Tiktok dashboards
