You will handle stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel, and exotic alloys, perform quality checks on beads and joints, follow safety rules, and contribute to production efficiency.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of welding experience.
• High school graduate.
• Completed a Technical Training Program.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate TIG (GTAW) welding machines and adjust gas flow and power settings.
• Read and follow complex blueprints and welding symbols.
• Handle materials like stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel, or exotic alloys with precision.
• Inspect beads and joints for cracks, porosity, or defects.
• Maintain tools and keep work area safe and clean.

Job Description:

• Setup & Operation: Prepared TIG (GTAW) welding machines, adjusted gas flow, and managed power settings for specific metals.
• Blueprint Reading: Read and followed complex blueprints, engineering drawings, and standard welding symbols.
• Material Handling: Worked with stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel, or exotic alloys with high accuracy.
• Quality Control: Inspected finished beads and joints for cracks, porosity, or flaws to meet industry standards.
• Safety & Maintenance: Cleaned metal surfaces, maintained tools, and followed strict safety rules.

Qualification:

• A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
