Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science with at least 3 years of working experience in a similar role.
• High technical experience and full understanding of security concepts.
• Trained and certified in CompTIA Security+, EC-Council, CISSP or CISM.
• Hands-on experience with Rapid7 and Microsoft Intune.
• Familiar with Microsoft Azure, Cisco Networking, AlienVault, Windows Server environments, TCP/IP networking, and ManageEngine.
• Demonstrate significant technical abilities and competency in providing fast remediations during high priority Infosec situations.
• Willing to work on 24x7 shifting schedules including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Active scanning of the Tech environment to identify gaps in security.
• Track, monitor and prioritize threats.
• Keep up to date knowledge on threat landscape.
• Assess the Tech Infrastructure to understand potential impact of identified vulnerabilities.
• Remediate and eliminate detected security weaknesses within infrastructure.
• Implement security controls and safeguards for threat prevention.
• Reevaluate resolution details to ensure changes meet security needs.
• Conduct recurring audits and penetration tests.
• Improve security posture by addressing system misconfigurations with industry baselines.
• Create and maintain compliance reports.
