Job summary

Mang Inasal Philippines Inc., a subsidiary of Jollibee Foods Corporation, seeks a Site Logistics Associate in Marilao, Bulacan to coordinate and secure delivery schedules and picker lists for loading and dispatch.

The ideal candidate holds a 4-year degree, has at least 1 year in warehousing or logistics, and experience with SAP; knowledge of MHE is a plus, with strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Accounting or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in Warehousing, Logistics, Distribution, Inbound/Outbound.
• Experience in SAP is required.
• Knowledgeable with MHE operations is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
• Amenable to work in Marilao, Bulacan.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and secure checked picker list and delivery schedules for loading and dispatching.
• Check and evaluate delivery vans for sanitation and operating parameters (e.g., temperature settings for refrigerated vans).
• Inspect crating, packaging, tidiness and completeness of items for delivery to outlets or other divisions based on the pick list.

The Site Logistics Associate is responsible for:

Coordinates and secures checked picker list and delivery schedules for
loading and dispatching operation.

Checks and evaluates delivery vans for conformance to set standards on
sanitation and operating parameters (i.e., temperature settings for
refrigerated vans).

Inspects the crating, packaging, tidiness and completeness of the items
for delivery to the outlets or other divisions based on the pick list.

Coordinatingwith other counterparts in other distribution centers or warehouses for production codes and/or consumption codes of products to be shipped for verification acceptance.

Qualifications:

Graduate of any 4-year course preferably Accounting or Industrial Engineering.

At least 1 year relevant experience in Warehousing, Logistics, Distribution, Inbound and Outbound.

• Must have experience in SAP.

Knowledgeable with MHE operations is an advantage.

Must have attention to details and good interpersonal skills.

Must be amenable to work inMarilao, Bulacan.
