Job summary

ELLA DL BEAUTY INC is seeking a licensed Therapist to perform facial and body treatments in a Manila clinic. You will coordinate care with Counselors and Medical Doctors/Dermatologists, recommend suitable treatments, and clearly explain benefits to clients.

You will remind clients of remaining sessions and inform them about promos, while maintaining clinic cleanliness and accurate records. The role requires at least 1 year of experience, a customer‑oriented mindset, and strong communication

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Therapist.
• Willing to learn and undergo training.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and professional.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard and prescribed facial and body treatments for clients.
• Coordinate applicable treatments with Counselors and Medical Doctors/Dermatologists.
• Recommend appropriate treatments and explain their benefits clearly to clients.
• Remind clients of their remaining sessions and inform them about current promos.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workplace after each client.
• Submit daily time-in and time-out reports.
• Double-check salespersons’ counts and verify product expiry dates daily.
• Prepare follow-up lists for clients scheduled for facial or body treatments and ensure accurate records.
• Assist managers with operational needs and other assigned tasks.
