Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of spa treatments, including but not limited to Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, facials, body scrubs, and wraps.
• Maintain treatment rooms in impeccable condition—clean, well-stocked, and welcoming.
• Uphold the highest level of professionalism and customer care to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure guest comfort and safety throughout the treatment process
• Maintain client records and treatment notes with confidentiality.
• Promote spa services and retail products to enhance guest experience
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines and regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with spa trends and techniques.
• Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the spa facility
• Follow massage protocols and standards.
