Job summary

Monark Equipment Corporation seeks a qualified genset technician to perform testing, commissioning, and basic operation training for customers in the Philippines. You will ensure adherence to standard procedures and support field projects with technical expertise.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of related experience and a 2-year technical/vocational education, with additional electrical exposure considered an advantage. This role involves on-site work and close collaboration with project teams.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a 2-year technical/vocational course.
• 1–2 years of related work experience preferred.
• Exposure to electrical systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Performs testing and commissioning of generator sets and related accessories, including auditing single operation, ensuring Caterpillar standards are met.
• Facilitates orientation and training on basic operation and maintenance of generator sets for customer representatives.
• Provides technical assistance to ensure genset conditions and requirements are considered before and during project implementation.
• Prepares and submits service reports.
• Performs other related functions as deemed necessary.
