Job summary

STMicroelectronics is seeking an experienced engineer to lead industrialization and production qualification of imaging test solutions. The role involves defining plans, leading wafer and package testing, and coordinating the transfer of test solutions to Asia production sites.

You will collaborate with quality, planning, production test teams in Asia, and silicon wafer facilities in France to improve quality, cost, and efficiency across the product life cycle.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or Master’s in electronics, or equivalent.
• Seven years of experience as TPE in semiconductor industry with imaging product exposure.

The Imaging Division is a globally deployed organization (Europe, USA, Asia). It designs and delivers products using electronic imaging technology in a variety of fields, including consumer electronics, mobile, medical, and the automotive sector.

In The Context Of The Very Strong Growth Of Our Division, And Particularly For The Industrialization Of Photonics Sensors And Micro-optics For The Consumer Sector, We Are Looking For

Job Role

As the central contact point within our organization, you will contribute to product industrialization and to production qualification of industrial test solutions. You will define industrialization plans and lead wafer and package testing activities, as well as test result analyses throughout the industrialization phase. You will manage the transfer of test solutions to production test sites (in Asia) and coordinate yield improvement actions throughout the product life cycle.

These activities are carried out in close collaboration with quality, planning, production test teams (in Asia), and silicon wafer manufacturing plants (in France).

You will develop your skills in the continuous improvement of the production chain in terms of quality, cost, and efficiency.

Qualification

• A graduate of Engineering degree or Master’s degree.in the field of general engineering, electronics, or equivalent.
• with seven (7) years of experience as TPE in semiconductor industry with extensive experience on imaging product that involve on electronic components, physical measurement, electronic hardware, industrial project management, statistical analysis, etc.
• Profecient in English communication in oral and written for business settings
• Can work with diverse culture and environment
• With strong self leadership to handle global project
• With strong background on customer interface to deal technical expertise
