Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering or Master’s degree in general engineering, electronics, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience as TPE in semiconductor industry with imaging products.
• Proficient in English for business settings (oral and written).
• Ability to work with diverse cultures and global projects.
• Strong background interfacing with customers on technical topics.

Responsibilities

• Define industrialization plans for test solutions.
• Lead wafer and package testing activities and analyses.
• Manage transfer of test solutions to production test sites in Asia.
• Coordinate yield improvement actions across the product life cycle.
• Collaborate with quality, planning, and silicon wafer teams in Asia and France.
• Develop continuous improvement of production chain in quality, cost, and efficiency.
