Job summary

Radii Global is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead software quality assurance and testing activities across projects, with preference for IBM Maximo testing experience. You will oversee test planning, execution, defect management, and coordination with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities include developing test strategies and frameworks, leading teams across functional, regression, and performance testing, and ensuring traceability and SDLC alignment with Agile

Qualifications

• 9.1–12 years of experience in software testing, QA, or test management.
• Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Experience developing test strategies, test plans, and QA frameworks.
• Hands-on knowledge of testing and defect management tools such as: JIRA, ALM, Selenium, JMeter, Postman, Cypress.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies, including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban.
• Experience leading QA/test teams and managing resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies, plans, scenarios, and QA frameworks.
• Lead testing across functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing.
• Manage a team of QA/test engineers, including resource planning and task assignment.
• Review requirements to ensure adequate test coverage and traceability.
• Establish testing standards, processes, and quality metrics.
• Monitor test execution and report status, risks, and dependencies.
• Manage the defect lifecycle from identification to resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, business users, and project managers to resolve quality issues.
