Job summary

QualityKiosk Technologies in Manila, Philippines is seeking a Test Lead with hands-on experience in Internet Banking to lead a software testing team on core banking projects. The role requires 7+ years of manual testing expertise, team handling, and readiness for an immediate joiner.

Work from office and contract engagement. The candidate should be comfortable traveling to client locations if needed and identifying project risks early.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in manual testing.
• Hands-on experience in internet banking projects (retail or corporate).
• Experience in fund transfers via web and mobile apps.
• Familiar with payment modes such as RTGS, NEFT, UPI, BBPS, NPCI.

Responsibilities

• Lead the test team and ensure quality deliverables.
• Perform hands-on manual testing for internet banking projects.
• Identify risks and raise issues when required.
• Coordinate with clients and travel if required.

• Hand on Experience in Internet banking project (Retail or Corporate)
• Experience in Fund transfer through web and Mobile.
• Should be aware of modes you can transfer money through Mobile Banking application
• Good knowledge of Mode of Payments such as RTGS, NEFT, UPI, BBPS, NPCI
• Good concepts of Manual Testing
• API will be added advantage.
• Flexible to travel client location.
• Should be able to identify Risks and highlight when require
