About the Role

The Test Head is responsible for defining, implementing, and refining strategies to ensure successful Test Delivery. This role involves visioning and inspiring a culture of excellence and collaboration within the team.

The Test Head is involved in complex resource planning, providing direction for managing projects, and implementing overall test strategies across multiple projects simultaneously. The role requires exceptional ability in delivering multiple testing projects, meeting stakeholder deliverables, spearheading testing pipelines, and ensuring alignment of all test resources. The Test Head should represent the testing team in addressing impediments, risks, timelines, resources, and scope of testing with various project stakeholders.

What we are looking for

• 20+ years of relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, techniques, and tools
• Understanding of testing principles, processes, and best practices
• Good understanding of development and deployment processes
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools
• Knowledge of non-functional testing areas such as Performance, Scalability, Security, and Availability
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for non-functional testing
• Knowledge of test management tools and their integration capabilities
• Awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies in non-functional testing
