Job summary

Schneider Electric in Rosario, Cavite, is seeking a Test Engineering Manager to drive TPM initiatives and optimize test processes for high-volume production. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure automation alignment with project milestones, and maintain test equipment reliability across facilities.

The role requires strong LabVIEW and TestStand skills, deep TPM and CMMS experience, and a proven track record in managing complex maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in test engineering or maintenance in high-volume production.
• 5+ years in leadership or managerial roles overseeing cross-functional teams.
• Strong TPM, OEE improvement, and CMMS experience.
• Experience with LabVIEW and TestStand for automation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Lead maintenance planning and execution aligned with production priorities.
• Optimize maintenance costs, spare parts inventory, and tooling.
• Ensure equipment reliability and safety across facilities.
• Provide technical guidance to Eng, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
