Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Test Engineering Manager in the Philippines (Rosario, Cavite) to optimize test processes and maximize equipment uptime. You will lead TPM initiatives, direct LabVIEW-based automation, and ensure test documentation aligns with Design Engineers’ specifications.

Candidate must have 10+ years in test engineering or maintenance, strong TPM/OEE experience, and a track record of cross-functional leadership in a high-volume setting. A Master’s degree is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in test engineering or maintenance in high-volume production.
• Leadership experience overseeing cross-functional engineering teams.
• Strong TPM, OEE, and CMMS experience with process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and monitor TPM to bridge NPD/Industrialization and maintenance.
• Lead LabVIEW automation initiatives and ensure milestones alignment.
• Ensure Test specifications and tester docs are up to date.
• Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Drive equipment reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.
