Responsibilities

• Investigate production failures and drive yield improvement.
• Provide guidance to improve test coverage and resolution of issues.
• Support cost-reduction initiatives: test time reduction, test yield improvement, site qualifications, and factory transfers.
• Analyze customer returns and generate failure analysis reports.
• Support derivative bring-up for new sales opportunities and NSO.
• Define and implement test program improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
