Job summary

onsemi is seeking a hands-on technician in the Philippines to troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and perform preventive maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing test equipment, aiming to sustain uptime, yield, and output.

You will partner with Test Engineering and Production to meet daily dispatch targets, MTBF/MTUA metrics, quality compliance, and audit readiness while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in troubleshooting, repair and calibration of semiconductor test equipment.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and participate in continuous improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair semiconductor test equipment to sustain uptime and yield.
• Calibrate equipment and perform preventive maintenance on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with Test Engineering and Production to meet daily dispatch targets and quality/audit requirements.
