Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent with testing experience.
• 3+ years of testing experience; knowledge of JIRA, Eggplant, HP-ALM a plus.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and processes.

• Proficient in test execution.
• Experience with documentation of test results and defects.

• Experience in Automation and Performance testing is a plus.

Job description

• Ensure test cases match anticipated customer scenarios based on requirements.
• Effectively prioritize and schedule work and provide accurate quality status.
• Raise test estimation/scheduling problems in a timely manner with Test Lead.

Documentation

• Ensure documentation follows standardized procedures and appropriate approval hierarchies.
• Create test cases/data.
• Update and maintain test cases/data.
• Perform peer review of test cases/execution results created by lower level Test Analysts.

Requirements

• 4 year degree (Computer Science, Information Systems or relational functional field) and/or equivalent combination of education or work experience
• Typically 3+ years of testing experience, working knowledge on JIRA, Eggplant automation tool and HP-ALM is a plus
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and processes
• Knowledge and hands on experience of the different AI platforms and technologies
• Proficient in test execution
• Can work on night shift schedule and full RTO
• Experience in documentation of test results and defects
• Knowledge in design of test cases and test data
• Experience with test tools for quality management
• Ability to maintain and configure test environment and lab
• Ability to coach and train lower level Test Analysts
• Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
• Self-starter with an ability to learn beyond formal training, aptitude for delivering quality products
• Experience in Automation and Performance testing is a plus
