Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales & Business Development:
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, hospitals, and distributors.
    • Actively promote the sutures portfolio and other related products to potential clients.
  2. Distributor Collaboration:
    • Work closely with distributors to ensure effective product distribution and increase market penetration.
    • Support and guide distributors in sales activities, product knowledge, and marketing efforts.
    • Monitor distributor performance and provide necessary training to ensure alignment with company goals.
  3. Product Promotion:
    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare providers and institutions.
    • Promote the unique value proposition of the principal products, highlighting their clinical and economic benefits.
    • Manage and oversee product launches, ensuring successful uptake and sales growth.
  4. Market Analysis & Reporting:
    • Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
    • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management for strategic decision-making.
    • Track sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet sales objectives.
  5. Customer Support & Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and issues related to sutures and other products.
    • Build long-term relationships with clients, offering exceptional customer service and support.
    • Attend relevant industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • Proven 3-6 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical device sector.
  • Strong knowledge of sutures and surgical products is an advantage.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with distributors and internal teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
