Job summary

  • Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and end-users (farmers).
  • Conduct product demonstrations, farmer meetings, and field visits to promote product awareness and usage.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to the Regional Sales Manager.
  • BS Agriculture graduate of related industries preferred
  • With at least 1 year of relevant sales experience gained in the agriculture and/or related industries
  • Must be willing to travel, do lead generation, and increase sales for the specific area of assignment
