Job summary

Northern Mindanao Sales Corporation, the exclusive distributor of Asia Brewery Incorporated in the Bukidnon area, seeks a seasoned Sales and Business Development professional. You will plan territory growth with the Market Territory Manager, configure routes, monitor reports, and ensure timely execution of marketing programs.

You will lead route activities, verify accounts, and support your team to achieve sales targets while upholding company policies and standard procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or similar discipline.
• At least 5 years experience in FMCG, preferably in field returnable glass business.
• 3 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in customer service systems, sales distribution and sales management.

Responsibilities

• Plans the sales and business development of his assigned specific geographical territory with the Market Territory Manager.
• Responsible for configuration of routes and itinerary in compliance with sales objectives.
• Reviews accuracy and timeliness of reports and analyzes corrective action plans if necessary.
• Ensures total implementation and execution of marketing programs.
• Conducts route riding activities, validates transactions, verification of accounts, relieves or delegates tasks in the absence of a salesman.
• Tracks sales performance of his team, motivates and maintains high morale of subordinates, and enforces discipline in adherence to policies.
• Leads his subordinates in achieving desired objectives with adherence to Company policies and standard procedures.
• Demonstrates knowledge in marketing strategies and sales management.

• Holder of Professional Driver's License 123 or ABC
