Qualifications
MBBS/MD and/or PhD degree(s).
Postdoctoral or clinical experience.
Translational clinical research and teaching with high scientific achievement.
Experience with human microbiome and metagenomic data is advantageous.
Responsibilities
Undertake high quality research in microbiology focused on microbiome or microbial bioinformatics.
Teach medical students and postgraduate researchers using team-based learning and digital tools.
Integrate microbiology into the MBBS curriculum and ensure teaching excellence.
Lead and mentor junior faculty and research staff, and secure research funding.
