Job summary

Robinsons Land Corporation in Lipa is seeking a Tenant Relations Officer to oversee tenant compliance with lease terms, MOAs, and house rules, ensuring smooth operations for the mall.

You'll coordinate construction progress, pre-opening requirements, and end-of-lease turnover, while building strong relationships with tenants to support sales and long-term viability across the Lipa mall.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of working experience in tenant relations, client management, customer service, or equivalent.
• Preferably with expertise in mall management, operations, or maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tenant compliance with lease agreements, memoranda of agreement, and house rules/regulations.
• Oversee construction progress and pre-opening requirements to guarantee tenants open on schedule.
• Facilitate end-of-lease egress and turnover, including final accountabilities and release of security deposits or refunds.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants to support sales, profitability and long-term sustainability.
