Job summary

Robinsons Land Corporation in Imus, Cavite is hiring for an Asst. Tenant Relations Officer. The role ensures tenant compliance with lease agreements and house rules, oversees mall construction and pre-opening requirements, and manages end-of-lease turnover and deposits.

The position supports tenants to achieve sales and long-term business sustainability, through strong relationship management and operational coordination during the lease period.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in tenant relations, client management, customer service, or equivalent; preferably with expertise in mall management, operations, or maintenance

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction progress and pre-opening requirements to guarantee tenants can open on schedule
• Facilitate smooth egress and turnover of leased space at lease end, including final accountabilities and release of security deposits
• Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, supporting them in achieving sales and long-term business sustainability during their lease

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Management, and other related or relevant technical course
