Metrobank is seeking a Customer Service Representative- Teller in the Philippines to handle cash transactions, deposits, withdrawals, check encashments, and account closures with signature verification at the start of each banking day.

In this role you will process fund transfers, remittances, outward clearing, and actively promote the bank’s products and services. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, requiring strong communication and customer-service skills.

Formación

• Preferably graduate of business or finance course.

Responsabilidades

• Cash handling and processing of deposits, withdrawals, check encashments and account closures.
• Postes transaction adjustments to CA/SA at the start of banking day.
• Accept and process fund transfers and remittance payments.
• Handle outward clearing operations.
• Promote and sell the bank's products and services.
