Job summary

AireSpring is seeking a Telecom Technical Customer Support specialist in Pasig to diagnose and resolve network and service issues for enterprise customers. You will work with CLECs, carriers, and internal teams to troubleshoot T1, fiber, and SIP/VoIP problems, while providing timely status updates and clear notes.

The role requires 1+ year in telecom tech support, knowledge of WAN and routing, and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of telecom technical customer support experience.
Experience researching and resolving telecom issues (voice, internet, data).
Strong WAN technologies knowledge with device monitoring tools.
Familiar with SIP/RTP protocols and basic networking concepts.
Experience with CLECs (e.g., Verizon, AT&T) is a plus.
Experience with T1, Fiber, and DS3 repair is a plus.

Responsibilities

Test and fault isolate on layer 1 and 2 of the OSI model and troubleshoot with carriers and customers.
Troubleshoot T1, broadband and voice issues with CLECs and carriers.
Handle inbound/outbound technical calls and create tickets.
Provide timely status updates and resolution to customers via email, chat, and phone.
Manage multiple tickets and SLAs in a fast-paced environment.
Escalate to senior staff when needed and coordinate with other departments.
