Job summary

Welinks Internet Installation Services seeks an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations for installation, maintenance, and network services in the telecom sector. You will manage technical teams, coordinate with subcontractors, and monitor performance to align with company standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with at least five years in operations management, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree requirement in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in operations management, preferably in telecom.
• Strong knowledge of telecom projects especially OSP, ODN, SLI, IBS, OLT and HDD.
• People management and strong leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient delivery of installation, maintenance, and network services.
• Manage technical teams and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and optimize operations processes.
