Overview

The Tele-Sales Agent is expected to achieve daily and month-on-month daily target.

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include contacting, discussing and explaining about detailed offerings of the product. The role also includes initial facilitation of the loan booking and scheduling to ensure the customer’s convenience.
• The Tele-Sales Agent will be expected to also coordinate with other dependencies in order to achieve the target set by the organization.
• The Agent reports directly to the Senior Top Up Officer.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Any Course
• With encoding experience in Excel for Bank, Financing, Sales, Telesales, Direct or Indirect Marketing Backgrounds.
• Organized, diligent, punctual, trustworthy, flexible, team player, capable of working under pressure, can deal with all levels in the organization.
• Competent in oral and written communication, Computer Literate, Good Vision, Speed typing, Accurate reporting, Ability to work fast.
