Job summary

WEEPAY PAYMENT PROCESSING CORP. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support quality assurance, testing, and requirements gathering.

You will assist in UAT preparation, verify system functionalities before deployment, and coordinate with PMs, developers, and QA teams to resolve defects. You will develop user manuals and training materials, translate technical concepts for non-technical users, and maintain up-to-date documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) preparation, execution, and reporting.
• Verify that system functionalities operate as intended before deployment.
• Coordinate with PMs, developers and QA teams to ensure timely resolution of reported defects.
• Help gather user feedback and translate it into actionable system improvements.
• Participate in requirement validation and solution review discussions.
• Develop comprehensive user manuals, training materials, quick-reference guides, and system documentation.
• Translate technical concepts and system features into clear, user-friendly content for non-technical users.
• Maintain documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency with system updates and enhancements.
• Analyze competitor systems and market trends to support product and system enhancements.
• Provide recommendations for process optimization and improved user experience.
• Create proposed user interface (UI) designs and workflow mockups for new projects.
• Research industry standards, trends, and best practices for system usability and user experience
