Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Technology Expense Management Engineer to translate business needs into actionable data analytics and reporting solutions. The role emphasizes quality, clear communication, and accurate issue resolution across TEM systems.

You will develop, maintain, and advance reports and dashboards, leveraging Power BI, MS Excel, Access and SharePoint while pursuing data governance and automation opportunities within a fast-paced global delivery environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related reporting and data analytics experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, MS Access and MS Excel.
• Advantage: SharePoint, PowerApps, VBA, SQL and data governance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Develop new reports and maintain existing ones for Service Desk and TEM.
• Implement data collection systems to improve data quality and efficiency.
• Acquire data from primary/secondary sources and maintain governance.
• Identify trends and anomalies in complex data sets.
• Visualize analytics to drive insights using BI tools.
• Identify automation opportunities using various technologies.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and communicate insights to business teams.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
