Citibank Philippines invites graduates to join a two-year rotational program starting July, gaining exposure across microservices, front-end development, AI, and data analytics.

You will collaborate with diverse global teams, work with Java, Spring, React/Angular, TypeScript, AI tools, and analytics platforms, and develop a broad skillset for a long-term technology career in banking.

Competenze

• Graduates between December 2026 and July 2027 with a Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, MIS, or related technical fields.
• Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• A proactive problem-solver who embraces innovation and uses Generative AI to address complex business challenges.
• A global outlook with willingness to collaborate across cultures and time zones.
• Excellent communication, project management, leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well within diverse teams.
• Ability to pass technical interviews involving basic algorithmic programming exercises.
• Collaborative and adaptable, with prior experience in agile teams desirable.
• Authorized to work in the specified country without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
