Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks an experienced Oracle CC&B/MDM developer to design, code, test, and maintain core modules and custom extensions across CC&B, C2M, CCS, MDM, and SGG. You will handle both Java/Groovy/SQL development and daily batch monitoring, triage, and CAB change packages, ensuring reliability and performance in a complex utility environment.

Candidates should have strong batch processing, FDD/TDD writing, and hands-on experience with integrations and incident

Qualifications

5-7 years mid-level or 8-12+ years senior in Oracle CC&B, C2M, CCS, and MDM.
Experience with batch processing: monitoring, job execution, error analysis.
Proficient in Java, Groovy, SQL, PL/SQL, XML, and OUAF configuration.
FDD/TDD writing, unit testing, SIT, UAT, and hyper-care stabilization support.

Responsibilities

Design & develop. Turn business requirements into detailed FDDs/TDDs and build custom algorithms, BPA and service scripts.
Run batch operations. Monitor daily/nightly runs, review logs, restart streams, and resolve data issues.
Configure modules. Support core modules across Rating, Billing, Payments, and more.
Process meter data. Support MDM measurement loading, VEE rule execution, and SGG payload processing.
Develop integrations. Build REST/SOAP services and middleware with enterprise apps.
Triage L2/L3 incidents. Investigate production incidents in ServiceNow/Jira and implement fixes.
