• Install, maintain and monitor cable modems and other internet work
• Configure client’s PC and other internet Customer Premises Equipments (CPEs)
• Check and replace defective Service Cable Ad Box
• Configure computer for internet set up and connection
• Perform troubleshooting/repair works on data-enabled outside plant network
• To assist in configuring client’s PCs, install, maintain, and monitor cable modems and other internet related or CPEs
• To assist in performing cable ad box servicing upon request of subscribers
• Comply strictly with safety rules and standards
• Perform other job related tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time
