Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Technician 1 in Product Engineering to support maintenance and repair of test hardware and perform circuit analyses. You will contribute to test-board reliability and ensure adherence to design-for-manufacturing practices within the Test Hardware Engineering group.

This entry-level role focuses on repair, debugging and supporting engineering and manufacturing teams to minimize downtime and sustain production quality across high-availability test systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Electronics/Mechatronics or related field.
• Strong basic knowledge in electrical/electronic systems.
• Experience with test hardware and board-level repair is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Industrial or Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology – Major in Electronics, Mechatronics, or any related course.
• Basic knowledge in Electrical and Elec
• Knowledgeable in Hardware Repair specifically the test performance boards.
• Proficient in electronic components trouble shooting, debug and circuit analysis.
• Knowledge in programming is an advantage.
• Good communication skills is required.

Brief Job Description:

The Product Technician is responsible in Maintenance, Test Circuit Failure Analysis and Repair of Test Hardware; ensure DFM practice; and use of simulation analysis tools. He/She will be under the Test Hardware Engineering group.

The Test Hardware Engineering Technician provides support to manufacturing operations by ensuring optimum equipment utilization through immediate equipment and board repair. He/She provides analysis and recommends solutions to equipment problems. He/She will assist engineers in the implementation of equipment improvement activities. He/She will collaborate with engineering and manufacturing support groups in addressing equipment and hardware issues.
