Job summary

Analog Devices (ADI) seeks a Graduate Equipment Technician to join its Hardware Engineering team. You will participate in Maintenance, Test Circuit Failure Analysis and Repair of Test Hardware, with on-the-job training to develop practical hardware skills.

You will support manufacturing operations and gather data to improve equipment utilization, collaborating with technicians and engineers in a fast-paced environment that values innovation and quality.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Industrial or Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology – Major in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Basic knowledge in Electrical and Electronics components.
• Familiar with electronics measuring equipment.
• High interest in circuit analysis and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge in programming is an advantage.
• Good communication skill is a plus.

The Equipment Technician will have a full immersion on the job training to the practice of Maintenance, Test Circuit Failure Analysis and Repair of Test Hardware. The intern will be under the Hardware Engineering group.

The Equipment Maintenance Technician provides support to manufacturing operation alongside with the technician and engineer by ensuring optimum equipment utilization through immediate equipment and board repair. The intern will aid as such for the needed data gathering and other activities related to hardware maintenance.

For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
