Job description

Responsible for setup, calibration, repair, and maintenance of automated test handlers in semiconductor manufacturing processes.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setup, conversion, calibration, repair, preventive, and predictive maintenance of automated test handlers used for Final Test, Wafer sort, and Tape and Reel manufacturing processes.
  • Maintain automated test handlers’ sub-assemblies and related components or parts.
  • Perform first-level verification of Yield and QA failures in manufacturing.
  • Troubleshoot setups, perform basic tester debugging, and document through the MIPS process.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams.
  • Submit performance reports and participate in efficiency and quality improvement programs aligned with TQM Plus principles.
About You

The company is looking for:

  • Graduate of Electronics Technology, Mechanical Technology, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or related vocational course.
  • Fresh graduate.
  • With at least 1 year of work experience in electronics or the semiconductor industry.
  • Basic knowledge of electronic circuits and ability to interpret schematic diagrams.
  • Familiarity with test equipment setup and operation.
  • Ability to operate equipment and explain major equipment subsystems.
  • Capability to perform simple setups and conversions.
