Responsibilities

Installation Support

• Assist in the installation of window-type, split-type, and package-type air conditioning units.
• Help with mounting, wiring, refrigerant piping, and insulation under supervision.

Maintenance Assistance

• Perform basic cleaning of air filters, coils, and condensers.
• Support preventive maintenance tasks as instructed by senior staff.

Repair Assistance

• Help in diagnosing common AC issues such as refrigerant leaks, faulty wiring, and mechanical wear.
• Provide necessary tools and materials during repair work.

Worksite Preparation & Safety

• Prepare tools, equipment, and materials for daily assignments.
• Follow all safety guidelines and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Documentation

• Record service activities, materials used, and work completion reports.
• Assist in inventory monitoring of consumables and spare parts.

Customer Interaction
