• Advanced Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Perform complex diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery, systems, or equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimizing performance.
• Technical Support & Training: Provide expert technical support to junior technicians and other staff, mentoring team members while facilitating on-the-job training to enhance their technical skills.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of service activities, repairs, and maintenance procedures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards for operational efficiency.
• Certifications & Education: Relevant certifications and a high school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in a technical field preferred.
