Facilities Managers Inc on-site in Cebu City is seeking an Automotive Technician with 1-3 years of experience. A diploma in Automotive Technology, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or related field is required, with TESDA NC II/III as an advantage.

The role covers diagnosing and repairing electrical systems, installing motor control panels, doing preventive maintenance, reading schematics, and ensuring safety. On-site work with potential overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Automotive Technology, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or related technical course.
• TESDA NC II/III in Automotive Servicing or Electrical Installation and Maintenance is an advantage.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in automotive electrical systems, motor controls, or industrial maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair automotive electrical and electronic systems.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain motor control panels, starters, relays, and VFDs.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on vehicles, electric motors, and control equipment.
• Read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Test electrical circuits using diagnostic tools such as multimeters and clamp meters.
• Inspect and repair wiring, switches, sensors, and control devices.
• Ensure repairs comply with safety regulations and company standards.
• Maintain accurate service records and maintenance logs.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other technicians to resolve issues.
• Keep tools and workspace clean, organized, and safe.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
