Job summary

TERADYNE in the Philippines is seeking a Technical Writer to create, revise, and standardize process documentation for GCS operations. You will partner with subject matter experts to produce clear, accurate, and audit-ready documents that support compliance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include writing procedures, templates, guides; document control; preparing for reviews; maintaining version history; developing job aids and training materials; and supporting audit activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field as listed.
• Minimum 3 years in technical writing, documentation management or related.
• Experience in manufacturing/engineering/quality/regulatory environments preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO standards is an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong document formatting ability.
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple documents and priorities.
• Knowledge of document control and revision practices.

Responsibilities

• Write and revise procedures, work instructions, forms, templates, guides, and general process documentation.
• Document operational and business processes with subject matter experts.
• Translate technical information into clear, easy-to-use documents.
• Use approved templates, structures, and document control requirements.
• Maintain consistent wording/structure across publications.
• Prepare documents for review, approval, release, and audit readiness.
• Maintain revisions, version history, status, and records.
• Provide and organize documentation for audits/compliance.
