C9 Staff Inc. is seeking a Technical Web Project Manager to lead designers and developers across Shopify, WordPress, and marketing campaigns. You will own project timelines, budgets, and client communication to ensure on-time delivery of e-commerce, branding, and marketing initiatives.
This full-time, remote role aligns West Coast hours with global teams. You’ll manage cross-functional workflows, maintain quality standards, and cultivate long-term client partnerships while growing into a senior

As a Project Manager, you’ll take charge of projects spanning Shopify, Word Press, marketing campaigns, and branding. Your leadership will ensure smooth workflows, on-time delivery, and exceptional client satisfaction.
- Shopify Projects: Oversee and manage designers and developers working on new Shopify projects and ongoing support tasks, ensuring optimal functionality and design excellence
- Word Press Projects: Lead teams working on new Word Press websites and ongoing updates or support, ensuring seamless user experiences
- Mid-Funnel Marketing Campaigns: Coordinate email and text marketing initiatives, driving client engagement and campaign success
- Branding Projects: Supervise branding efforts, from concept to execution, ensuring consistency and alignment with client goals
- Project Management: Develop and maintain clear project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes
- Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, gathering requirements and translating them into actionable tasks for the team
