C9 Staff is seeking an E-commerce Project Manager to lead e-commerce projects for a premier growth marketing firm, coordinating with design, development, and digital marketing teams to elevate clients’ online presence. This is a 100% remote role with US Eastern Time schedule.

You will translate client requirements into actionable tasks, manage detailed project plans in Asana, and maintain strong client relationships to guide projects to successful launches in a fast-paced, international client

Your Mission:

• Client Liaison : Engage with clients to understand their e Commerce needs and document requirements
• Project Organizer : Create and manage detailed project plans in Asana, outlining tasks, timelines, and responsibilities
• Task Translator : Translate client requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the development and design teams
• Timeline Manager : Develop and communicate project timelines to clients, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and deadlines
• Proactive Communicator : Follow up with clients to obtain necessary information and materials, addressing any delays or issues promptly
