Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation (URC Flour) seeks a Technical Training & Quality Specialist to strengthen technical competencies through training, quality, food safety, and continuous learning initiatives. You will design and facilitate training modules and ensure alignment with GMP, ISO, and EHS standards, collaborating with QA and technical teams.

The role requires a degree in engineering, chemistry, food technology, or related field and 3+ years in food manufacturing or QA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Food Technology, or related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in food manufacturing, QA, or technical operations (advantage).
• Experience in training facilitation and designing interactive training modules.
• Knowledge/experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
• Familiarity with GMP, ISO, Food Safety, Quality, and EHS standards.
• QA Supervisors and technical professionals with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
