Job summary

Unisys is seeking an Instructor/Training Specialist to deliver established courses to internal and external groups across product installation, maintenance, operations, and upgrades. The role involves both in-person and virtual delivery, with flexibility to adapt timelines based on business needs and evolving requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a BA/BS degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, excellent English communication skills, and ITIL foundation certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; minimum 2+ years relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English (and any additional languages).
• ITIL foundation certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers established training courses using proven material, methods, and techniques.
• Delivers training to small groups, teams, or organizations with evolving needs and expectations.
• Delivers training on topics including product installation, maintenance, operations, or upgrades.
• Delivers course material within a prescribed, adaptable timeline.
• Delivers training face-to-face and virtually.
• Supports senior training professionals in delivering more complex instructor-led, virtual, and web-based training.
• Administers and evaluates learning assessments, using feedback to improve training methods and delivery.
• Maintains version controls on training materials.
• Advises leadership on opportunity areas and provides input for enhancements.

• Delivers course material within a prescribed, yet adaptable timeline based on business needs.
• Delivers training face-to-face and virtually.
• Supports senior training professionals in the delivery of more complex instructor-led, virtual, and web-based training.
• Administers and evaluates learning assessments, using feedback to improve training methods and delivery techniques.
• Maintains version controls on training materials.
• Advices immediate leadership / sponsor of opportunity areas and provides input and recommendations enhancements.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• BA/BS degree and minimum 2+ years’ relevant experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and any additional applicable languages
• ITIL foundation certified
• Retail experience is a plus
