Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Technical Support Coordinator to join our remote team. You will diagnose hardware and software problems, log interactions, coordinate with vendors, manage software releases, and develop training materials for users.

As a Technical Support Coordinator, You Will

• Issue Diagnosis: Resolve hardware and software problems using remote diagnostics and questioning techniques.
• Incident Tracking: Log all communications in the tracking system and interpret system error messages.
• Vendor Management: Initiate and follow through on service calls with external contractors and second-level support.
• Software Implementation: Coordinate new software releases from beta testing through full implementation.
• Documentation & Training: Develop and test support procedures while training users on supported systems.

• Remote Troubleshooting: Ability to resolve hardware and software issues effectively over the phone.

• Direct Support: Proven background in a high-volume customer service or support center role.
