Job summary

A global real estate services leader is seeking a Technical Supervisor for the Door System in Taguig City. The ideal candidate will oversee maintenance operations and provide technical guidance while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree or NCII Certificate and at least 3 years of experience in Facilities Management. Technical Supervisor (Door System) - Taguig City

What You’ll Do

• Oversee preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for automatic, fire-rated, roller shutter, and access-controlled doors
• Diagnose complex faults and provide technical guidance to technicians
• Plan schedules, assign work, and monitor service quality and response times
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and best practices
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors on maintenance activities
• Review work orders, reports, tools, and spare parts management

About You

• Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Graduate of any course related to Facilities Management or Engineering
• NCII Certificate required
• At least 3 years of experience in Facilities Management, Engineering/Maintenance
• Has strong technical knowledge of building systems and facilities equipment
• Leadership and management experience
• Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week, weekends/ holidays
• Can start ASAP
