Job summary

Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. (ISO Certified) is seeking an IFS Technical Specialist to design, develop, configure, and support the IFS Applications ERP platform.

You will work with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver reliable, secure ERP solutions aligned with business needs. The role focuses on development, integration, implementation, and ongoing technical support, including upgrades, data migration, and ensuring 99.8% system availability.

Qualifications

• Experience with IFS Applications / IFS ERP implementations, upgrades, and Go-Live activities.
• Ability to design, develop, and integrate extensions, reports, and technical solutions within IFS.
• Experience with integration via REST/SOAP and middleware, and with IFS reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom extensions, reports, integrations, and technical solutions within IFS Applications.
• Develop and maintain integrations using IFS Connect, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware.
• Configure and support IFS modules including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects, and Maintenance (MRO).
• Provide Level 2/3 technical support, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with IFS product support and vendors.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks; monitor system performance and ensure high availability.

Role Summary

The IFS Technical Specialist is responsible for the design, development, configuration, integration, and ongoing technical support of the IFS Applications ERP platform. The role works closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, IT teams, and vendors to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable ERP solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

IFS Development & Integration

• Design and develop custom extensions, reports, integrations, and technical solutions within IFS Applications.

• Develop and maintain integrations using IFS Connect, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware.

• Develop PL/SQL procedures and IFS solutions using IFS Aurena and IFS Developer Studio.

• Create and maintain reports using Business Reporter, Report Designer, IFS Lobbies, and Power BI.

Configuration & Implementation

• Configure and support IFS modules including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects, and/or Maintenance (MRO).

• Participate across the ERP lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, training, deployment, and go-live support.

• Support ERP upgrades, enhancements, and data migration, including mapping, cleansing, loading, and reconciliation.

Technical Support

• Provide Level 2/3 technical support, troubleshooting ERP, integration, database, and application issues.

• Perform root-cause analysis and work with IFS product support and third-party vendors to resolve complex issues.

• Maintain technical documentation, specifications, data dictionaries, and support runbooks.

• Monitor system performance and maintain a target of 99.8% availability.

Stakeholder & Continuous Improvement

• Translate business requirements into practical and maintainable technical solutions.

• Collaborate with business, IT, and functional teams and mentor junior team members.

• Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, performance, reliability, and user adoption.

• Support ERP security and compliance requirements, including ISO 27001:2022.

• Comply with relevant WHS, SafetyMAP, and ISO requirements.

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with IFS Applications / IFS ERP.

• Experience with IFS Connect, IFS Aurena, IFS Developer Studio, and PL/SQL.

• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.

• Experience with IFS reporting tools and Power BI.

• Experience with IFS module configuration and L2/L3 ERP support.

• Understanding of ERP implementations, upgrades, testing, data migration, and go-live activities.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Work Setup

• Must be willing to work in office 5 days per week (Eastwood, Alabang, Clark, Cebu)

• Must be willing to work Monday to Friday; 6:00 AM-3:00 PM Manila Time
