Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions in Mexico City is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to deliver technical integration and consulting services for our data-driven risk products. You will partner with Sales, clients and internal teams to implement solutions, troubleshoot issues and ensure a positive customer experience.

The role requires strong English, solid consulting experience, and hands-on knowledge of SDLC, SQL Server/Oracle, XML/SOAP/JSON, cloud and virtualization.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Strong consultative skills and collaboration.
• Experience resolving client issues using data quality concepts and tools.
• Previous consulting experience and fluent English.
• Working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle, Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with RDBMS (SQL Server/Oracle/PostgreSQL), SOAP/JSON web services and XML.
• Familiarity with programming, technical documentation, cloud infrastructure, and virtualization technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical integration and consulting services to external clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders across multiple industries.
• Share product knowledge, best practices, and technical examples to support successful client implementations.
• Analyze issues, identify root causes, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them efficiently.
• Own communication with Sales and clients through to resolution.
• Support installation, implementation, and configuration activities while maintaining project plans.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and 3rd-level XML support.
• Contribute to team initiatives, mentoring, and continuous improvement efforts.
