Job description

Role:

Planning & Design

• Oversee conceptualization, planning and execution of design of real estate projects.

• Manages and stewards third party design professionals towards the achievement of on-time and on-budget delivery of projects.

• Ensures compliance of projects with applicable laws, regulations and city ordinances

Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management

· Oversee construction planning, cost management, quality management and overall project execution.

· Manages and stewards third party construction services professionals, construction suppliers, and contractors towards the achievement of on-time, on-quality, and on-budget delivery of projects.

Property Management

· Oversee the handover of completed residential units to their respective buyers, and provide post-turnover warranty servicing.

· Oversee the handover of complete common areas of project to the established condominium corporation, through a third-party Property Management Services Firm.

· Establish standards of property operations consistent to the brand promise of the company

Qualification:

1. Licensed Civil Engineer
