Job summary

Brenton International Venture Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a Technical Services Engineer in Metro Manila to provide on-site supervision and project monitoring. You will coordinate manpower, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with HSE during project execution.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with at least 1 year of related experience, proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD, and may have a PRC license or LPG piping knowledge as advantageous.

Qualifications

• BS Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD (2D/3D).
• PRC license is an advantage but not required.
• Knowledge of centralized LPG piping is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design LPG piping layout from client plans and inspect on-site.
• Study project plans and calculate time requirements.
• Arrange manpower, materials, equipment including PPEs.
• Monitor projects with progress reports and coordination activities.
• Oversee equipment movement and warehouse requests.
• Establish standard work instructions and house rules.
• Ensure health, safety, and legal compliance on all projects.
• Coordinate workflow with contractors and clients.
• Provide on-site supervision and task delegation.

About the role

The Technical Services Engineer provides necessary assistance for the Project Engineers and is directly responsible for the on-site supervision and monitoring of the projects assigned. This includes manpower handling, data reporting, and project monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Design LPG piping layout through floor or kitchen plans provided by client through ocular inspections as per industry standards

• Study project plan, specification and calculate time requirements

• Arrange the necessary manpower, materials and equipment including PPEs

• Conduct end-to-end on-site project monitoring through progress reports, coordination activities and problem resolutions

• Monitor requests and all movement of equipment requested from the warehouse

• Establish standard work instructions, house rules and regulations for the team

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety and legal requirements throughout the duration of all projects

• Coordinate workflow, scope and methodology to general contractors and clients

• Provide on-site supervision to assigned team including task delegation, project monitoring, and DTR monitoring

• Prepare all necessary reports for both internal and external clients

About you

• Graduate of BS Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

• At least 1 year of related experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as AutoCAD (2D and 3D Drawing Layout)

• PRC License is an advantage but not required

• Knowledgeable in the operation of Centralized LPG piping System is an advantage
